Check if you have typed the correct name of the Bride or Groom and try to the search again. You can even search for specific words as surnames and names of the couple.
If the wedding list is recent, it can take up to 16 hours to appear online. Retry later.
In the case that the list is Money Collective, will not appear in our wedding list online. To pay on the collective, you have to do it personally in our store, located at Calle Libertadores 715. Not all the articles that they choose are going to appear in our web page because recently items are added to the system. In addition, the article will appear while it is still in stock within approximately 7 business days from the creation of the list.
Items that don´t appear in the Wedding list is because they are not in stock.
In case you have a scroll bar on the right side of the list, it means that you can display more items selected by the couple.

Steps to follow:
If you want to give them an article, click Wedding List and enter the name and / or last name of the Bride or broom. Click on "View List". If the name of the couple that you are looking for doesn´t appear, see " I can´t find the wedding list, what do I do?, at the top of our FAQs.
If you want to purchase from our catalog, click on any of the other options, such as House & Decorations and Gifts. Once you find the item of your choice, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon Checkout.
After adding your item to Cart can continue giving away, repeating the process with another item or purchased after clicking on the "Shopping Cart" and confirm your order.
Follow the steps on the screen to the shipping and billing data.
If you select "VISA or AMEX" will receive an email confirming your order will be sent shortly.
If you chose "Bank Deposit" make the deposit within 48 hours and report it as soon as possible, your order will be shipped after confirmation of the same.
